Since you used to have Free Time, how long is reasonable for a Sim to work on the junker car before it's fixed up? I found a couple junk cars you can tinker with, and usable versions of both, but I'm not sure when it's fair to swap out...

They took a fair while. I think it took 2 Servos (one on the engine, one on the body of the car) at least 2 sim days to make one, and I think they only stopped to recharge. During his adult life Cale made...4 I think? But that was on and off and fitting it in around normal sim life. So, a couple of days? :)
