It's an (un)Official challenge because you are supposed to start with a CAS sim with no skills, and I started with a playable who already had a number of skills under her belt. But I didn't let her earn any career rewards, which is where the skills would have made a difference, so I think it's still OK. And it's a lot of fun to play. :)
I hope you enjoy the challenge while you're catching up! Feel free to comment or not as you go along, according to your preference. :)
Oooooh, I knew that I knew the answer, I'm so silly :p Yes you explained at the very beginning that she already had parents and everything. See that didn't sound like a disqualifying circumstance to me, since I forgot about it being the "un" in unofficial.
I'm always creeping on old posts and I don't know how much people like it, so I didn't comment until now, but it was a lot of fun. Old Adam is my favourite for now, what a classy challenge spouse, and what a profile!
Old Adam is a perennial fan favorite (and one of my favorites too), and that Nose! O, it is exceedingly Noble! :P Old Adam is available for download, should you want the Nose in your game.
And I don't mind a bit when people read old posts. I don't mind a bit when they comment on old posts either. I love hearing that people are enjoying my stories, whether it's a story I posted recently or not. :D <3
Old Adam's daughter Lisa has the female version of the Nose, I think, if you're curious as to what it looks like. I'm looking forward to seeing the Nose in your game! :D
If you are legally dead how can you then get married? Or is that the small print of poetic license we are not supposed to think about? never knew paper, rock, scissors was so dangerous!
Oh, you can't get married after you're dead. *Casilda* can get married, since she's still alive, but Olga and Pitti-Sing can't. Well spotted! You may or may not have discovered a major Plot Point for Act II. ;)
Rock paper scissor can be incredibly dangerous if you don't know what you're doing! The original show had cutting cards as the dueling mechanism, and the characters cheated by hiding cards up their sleeves. Sims can't do that, so I went with rock paper scissors instead.
I'm glad that this update counts as a nice surprise! :) You've been pretty busy with moving house and getting engaged and baby showers and all. Goodness, I have a much less stressful move, and I'm hardly online these days myself!
Hooray, you're enjoying the Plot! I like making things fall into place, and I'm happy you can see them doing so.
