Many of these lots have been redecorated to suit my taste/the sims whose home it is. However, the bones of each lot were beautifully designed by the creators below. I cannot recommend the work of joandsarah77 or the talented folks at SCP highly enough -- go download tons of their stuff, and click the "Thanks" button or the "Love" button after you do!

Gull Cottage by joandsarah77 at MTS: Two-story, 2 BR, 2 bath with split-level stairs.
Council Housing Set by joandsarah77 at MTS: Three one-story homes for less than $10,000 each. 2 BR, 1 bath.
Newfangled Flats by Pgs737 at MTS: Four story pre-AL apartment building with six apartments and two shops on the ground floor. Each apartment is 2 BR, 1 bath.
Down On Your Luck Hostel by joandsarah77 at MTS: Apartment lot. Tiny, cramped, grungy and no private bathrooms. Perfect!
Wattle Grove Gated Community by joandsarah77 at MTS (Apartment version): Four houses, each 3 BR, 2.5 bath. Giant 6x6 lot with shops, gym, and a pool in addition to the four houses. Also comes in a residential version.
Nacho Starter by viluxa at MTS: 2 BR, 1 bath with a nifty roof.
The Empty Nest by shastakiss at her Tumblr. One-story, 1 BR, 1 bath. Requires invisible stairs (included in download).

Sandersville Public Library was built by esmeiolanthe using the basic floorplan of the Nahant Public Library in Nahant, Massachusetts
Cheap Plastic Crap was built by esmeiolanthe based on the Wal-Mart floor plan found at Proxemics of Retails Spaces
