Another very nice house! :) I especially like the yard/garden, it looks so lively. Mine are always kind of... empty. :P I should get less lazy about it.

Thanks! :) I actually designed the yard/garden for a contest over on Boolprop several years ago. My yards usually aren't that nice. :(
