I would have your sim as the plantsim then as vampires usually die a nasty death from the sun. Talking of which, it certainly fried today-41C again! We got some rain and it's cooled down now. I really dislike January as it's always so hot. Kind of hard for you to imagine I bet, a hot January.

A hot January is hard to imagine, but I just pretend you're talking about July instead, and then I can understand, a little. I still have trouble imagine temperatures THAT hot, though. If it get's up to 38 here, people talk about it for weeks! I bet you have similar trouble imagining when I talk about twelve inches (30 cm) of snow.

I've only seen snow twice. Once when I was a teen I went on a teen camp and part of it was spent at the Snowy Mountains and we got to go tobogganing-and one girl broke her arm. :( The other time was also as a teen when we went to England at Christmas time to visit the relatives. Although that was more sludge then proper snow. So it's been over 20 years since I've seen snow and I don't remember how cold it was, but a lot colder than what I'm used to I'm sure.

With the heat it hits you like an oven when you open the door. We certainly aren't the hottest place, dh was saying some place got to 48C. Probably up north or inland.
