Yep, I'm back with another chapter! Hopefully there will be more chapters to come soon, from all the stories you know and love! (Or at least might have heard of somewhere once and don't actively hate.)

Lol, such misery, poor kids! Is a child refusing to go to school a fluke or does it come with being deep in the red? I mean, I've had to command unhappy kids to go to school before, but I never encountered them refusing to go in my Apocalypses. Though, I don't think my Apoca-kids were ever that deep in the red, but thinking back, they usually had decent Fun levels, so maybe that's it..?

(I recently played TS1 again for the first time since getting TS2 and forgot Sims will refuse to go to work if they're too unhappy, which can start a pretty difficult downward spiral when they're broke to begin with. I don't think that's an issue in TS2 either, but I could be wrong.)

I just read all the rules for this challenge, and I think it would make a fun little quirky household to add to MV. I wouldn't set out to make it harder like you did, but I thought it would be a good opportunity to use some of the face paint and costumes I normally don't have much if any use for.

Wow you are having a super hard time there, makes me feel guilty for having it so much easier. My only issue was that of the two teens only Gavin would go to school as Ginger could not 'leave the little ones' even though he was right there and available to stay home.

Do you have a link to your first chapter?

Is this an actual challenge with rules then? I keep missing stuff on LJ as I am not checking it very often.

Wow, those poor kids. I haven't seen so many miserable sims on one lot in ages! I think I'll give this challenge a go. *cackles evilly*

It's funny, my last bacc chapter/update was with the Newsons too so I had to take a peek at your Fantabulous ones (my Ginger is also tattooed...but she wouldn't even know what you meant if you called her a carnie, she'd just resent it). Yet while, story-wise, I think mine still managed to have a rougher go of it, their motives were all pretty green. To a neutral-ish demigod player like myself that's a very appealing shade of orange your sims have got going...

That definitely seems like a challenging challenge! Wow. Those poor kids! And of course since the only item you couldn't sell was the treasure chest, that's the one that came up first (even though it normally takes quite a lot of effort at least in my experience)!

But hey, they're all still alive, and performing, and even gained a business star. So there's hope! Looking forward to seeing how things go. :)
